Hourly rate of £8.50 minimum for the security industry SIA licence renewals PBE

What the petition asks
The feeling working in the security industry is that we work long hours mostly through unsociable, in which it also has a massive effect on your mental and physical health over the long term as the human body is not naturally octernal.
Given that it's a legal requirement to attain a SIA licence in order to work in the security industry. Taking into account we also have to pay to undergo the course itself also, I feel it is only morally fair to ensure we are paid appropriately and that we are not expected to fund our renewal of our licence ourselves unless we are new to the company I believe two years is a fair reflection on whether the employer should pay for renewel or not. considering the impacts it has on our home life and health considerably.
