Strengthen charges against those found guilty of running puppy farms in the UK.

What the petition asks
With changes to the law due in early 2018, we believe that stronger than planned regulation and criminal sanctions should be introduced for those running puppy farms. Too many found guilty receive a fine and continue to trade afterwards. We must put a proper stop to this cruelty.
