Give us a Secretary for Health instead of a Secretary for Privatising the NHS

What the petition asks

Successive Secretaries of Health have set the NHS up to fail by underfunding it while opening up its services to private health care providers, so that once it fails the public will accept full privatisation. This is cowardly and deadly, so it must end and the Secretary of Health must back the NHS.
