Most jobs require experience, how can teenagers without experience get a job?

Most jobs require experience, how can those of us teenagers who have left school get a job when most are asking for experience. Employers aren’t giving us a chance to try. Also the online assessments for jobs, they are ridiculous as it’s the reason we are being rejected, they won’t let us try.
