Make organ donation opt out rather than opt in with more education on donation

What the petition asks

As of right now, the UK has a system in place where a person must opt into organ donation with a lack of education on how to donate organs after passing. I'm suggesting a change to which we follow a similar system to Spain in which a person must explicitly opt out of the organ donation register

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
