Rehouse our brave Armed Forces as a matter of priority

What the petition asks

Veterans are supposed to have “priority” from Local authorities when it comes to affordable housing and health care under the Armed Forces Covenant but all too often this does not happen.
Estimates taken from charities Shelter and Crisis show almost 8,000 military heroes are currently homeless. However, the Government does not keep accurate records. We believe that the Government should act as a matter of urgency and help our brave Armed Forces heroes in their hour of need.
Rehouse our brave Armed Forces as a matter of urgency.
They have served our country. Now it is time for us to repay that debt.
