What the petition asks
Domestic abuse will affect 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men in their lifetime and leads to, on average, two women being murdered each week and 30 men per year. By getting domestic abusers to sign a register, this could at least warn people before they decide to continue in a relationship with someone.
