What the petition asks
Anyone who has dealt with talk talk understand that customer service is at the bottom of their pile. I would like them to be accountable to their customers who pay them millions each month for a substandard customer service and disregard for customers rights.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
