Stop the prosecution of people who have returned from fighting against ISIS

British citizens are now being prosecuted on their return from fighting against ISIS. ISIS are a proscribed terror group that the U.K. government is active in combatting, yet returning ISIS terrorists are going unprosecuted. Stop prosecuting those that are fighting against these enemies of the U.K.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Deciding whether to prosecute someone is the responsibility of the police and the Crown Prosecution Service, not the UK Government and Parliament.
