Raise the minimum wage for under 18s

What the petition asks
Under 18s are expected to pay adult fares at age 16, but are paid a significant amount less than adults. One example to back up my hypothesis is under 18s working in businesses which include waitressing/waiters of all ages, all getting different wages.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
