Make London eligible for the Clean Air Fund, including Diesel Scrappage Scheme

What the petition asks
Increased taxes on new diesel cars will result in £220 million Clean Air Fund, including potential Scrappage Scheme. However, London will be taxed but NOT eligible to bid for the fund despite extreme pollution. We must ensure the Scrappage Scheme remains and must make London eligible for funding.
The Clean Air Fund includes potential funding for a scrappage scheme to mitigate the cost of the ULEZ and other Clean Air Zones on small businesses and low income households. Government officials confirmed London will not be eligible to bid for the new fund despite the fact that Londoners face these new taxes and approximately 40% of the UK's road km exceed legal NO2 limits in 2013 according to a national assessment. Government to announce a final list of Clean Air Fund measures in March.
