What the petition asks
For too long those in the education & care sector have been at the mercy of disgruntled employees and/or families who are able to make anonymous, malicious & false complaints to Ofsted.
The impact can be detrimental to the organisation involved & is costing the UK tax payer unnecessarily.
The impact can be detrimental to the organisation involved & is costing the UK tax payer unnecessarily.
The impact on the organisation can be detrimental if the malicious complaint becomes public. Resulting in a tarnished reputation and/or closure of a service in come instances.
We are petitioning for Ofsted & the Government to introduce fines to those making false & malicious complaints.
This means no more anonymous complaints can be received.
This change will safeguard organisations, save money & help tighten up Ofsted's complaints procedures.
