Government to take the European Commission to the ECJ for misconstruing Art 50.

What the petition asks
In Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon there is no mention of monetary reparation for leaving, continual jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice, continual rights of European citizens in the departing territory, or soft annexation of its sovereign territory
Mr Juncker and Mr Barnier seem to want to penalise the UK because of Brexit. But the Treaty of Lisbon makes no particular obligations on leaving countries. If the Treaty envisaged continual supremacy of the ECJ over national courts after departure, or continual freedom of movement for European citizens in the departing country after departure it should have been a treaty provision rather than implied by latter day negotiators.
