What the petition asks
Law needs setting up for the help and legal support for holiday home owners who own static caravans where there rights need changing.
Government legislation required for the controlling of holiday park companies to the legal rights of holiday home owners in reference to there ownership of said holiday home and reference to actions taken by park companies in respect to tenancy and licensing and the right of unregulated and bureaucratic exploitation by parks and the rights of the caravan holiday home owner legislation has been put in place for park homes but not for holiday park owners this needs to be extended to cover same.
