An immigrant on PBS system shall eligible to apply Indefinite Leave to Remain if he or she continuously lived in UK for 5 years on that particular applicable category.
Immigrants are required to pay the minimum 3 year charges, even if they require 1 month leave to be eligible for ILR.

There are lot of cases where immigrants are required to pay hefty unnecessary charges. This is due to the rule that PBS can be only extended for minimum 3 years even if they require 1 month extension.
