What the petition asks

By trying to promote rioting on the streets as an excuse to impose Martial Law. Leading to a EU military dictatorship with a EU military to face off, a second cold war with Russia. Making Russia a common enemy by total deceit.

Of course the planned out come would be pleasing to capitalist and socialist politicians. As the plan is to create a mixed race of obedient brainwashed people easier to manipulate. Reference Count Richard Coudenhove Kalergi the real founder of the EU.1922 he founded the "Pan-European" movement. All based on his book Practical Idealism of which possibly gave the idea behind Nazism of which was also born about the same time.
