Give Fathers and Mothers 50/50 custody after Seperation or Divorce

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I am a father & have been denied my rights as father and refused contact despite trying to compromise.
It came to my attention that this not only is happening to me but many other fathers too. All children should have both parents involved in their lives they need that stability and family unit.
All parents should be entitled to seeing their children. It’s come to my attention that unfortunately there are plenty of single parent households because men have been denied access to their children.
Action MUST be taken for the fathers that have been denied access and that have been willing to comprise but yet are denied any conact to see their children and still having to fight to be in their lives.
I can’t express the impact it has on our children not seeing us.
Please stand with me.
