What the petition asks

On the 16th of March 2018, The Home Office made the following announcement:

As Turkish citizens under the ECAA Agreement who have applied before the 16th of March 2018, we would like to be evaluated according to former rules and we would like to apply to ILR as we planned before, right after the 4th year.
