What the petition asks
With reference to failure to act on CSE and grooming gangs. Rather than being listened to children were arrested for drunk and disorderly. This has resulted in gang rape and even murder in some cases. There has been failure in duty to care and gross negligence e.g Telford and Rochdale
Individuals should be prosecuted for gross negligence and failure of duty of care to protect children
