Rejected

What the petition asks
16 and 17 year olds and EU citizens were allowed to vote in the Scot Ref but were not allowed to vote in the EU Ref. Many expats were also denied a vote on Brexit because they had lived outside the UK for too long.
A 2nd EU Ref must allow these people a vote.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We're not sure whether your petition is asking for a second referendum, or whether you're just asking for more people to be able to vote if there is a second referendum.
We're also not sure exactly what you mean by "must permit all to vote". It's clear that you'd like people over 16 and British citizens living abroad to vote, but we're not sure if you'd also like other groups of people to be able to vote.
