Move the Scottish Border to include the entire UK except London

What the petition asks

Many of us in the United Kingdom despise and did not vote for the Conservative Government. The SNP support their electorate, the Welsh National Assembly support their electorate, Labour support their electorate, the Conservatives care only for Westminster.
I propose, the entire United Kingdom be separate from London and Westminster, with our votes and Law directed by a coalition of elected bodies outside of Westminster.
