What the petition asks
Being a single parent who gets nowhere near the access and freedom i want with my child, i feel that both parents should automatically share the child on an equal basis, unless or until a court order is in place
Many father's (and mother's) are unlawfully denied complete access and freedom with their child (ren) for a number of reasons, usually due to selfish actions.
I want to change this, so that it becomes legally required to allow both access and freedom on an equal level, until social services decide otherwise, or a court order has been seeked and approved.
