What the petition asks
Bonfire smoke is a health risk for people with asthma & breathing problems. Wind will distribute smoke over a wide area, especially in steep sided valleys. It is a basic human right to have access to clean, breathable air. Environmentally safe waste disposal is universally available in the UK.
