Change the way live TV is advertised and the name.. Freeview is not free to view

What the petition asks
Freeview is advertised as free to view but is only available to watch live with a paid TV licence. If advertised as free to view it should be free! Otherwise it should be made clear about the TV licence charges when advertised.
In advertisements for free view they push the point that it's free to watch without any subscription charges... Surely that's blatant false advertising when you need to pay well over £100 a year for a TV licence. How can it be called free view when it's far from free to view? So my petition is calling for a name change possibly but mainly to make any advertising clear on the actual cost of the TV licence and the need for one to watch free view.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
