Have Dartford Crossing contribute towards the cost of the lower Thames crossing.

What the petition asks
The public was told the Dartford Crossing was to be made free back in 1999. 19 years later we're still being charged. For this reason alone i believe it would be fair to have money from Dartford crossing to go towards some of the lower Thames build.
