What the petition asks

Trials have taken place with medical cannabis on Dravet syndrome, the children on this trial have been able to continue to take sativex and this gives hope to other patients with refractory seizures. Sativex is available on special license for MS patients, please grant our children the same respect.

My daughter Ruby had her first seizure at 5 days old, her epilepsy has remained uncontrolled ever since. Ruby’s seizures are life threatening, she has a very rare & complex neurological condition called AHC. Please grant leading paediatric neurologists special license to prescribe sativex in special cases. To save children’s lives, to give quality of life to my daughter & many others. Thank you.
