What the petition asks
Richard Osborn-Brooks was in his home when burglars broke in. Richard was cornered into his kitchen by one intruder using a screw driver as a weapon. In self defence, Richard was forced to stab the intruder who died as a result. Richard has been arrested on suspicion of murder and granted bail.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
