What the petition asks

There are motorists out there that park in parent and child parking spaces when they don't have children, then there is no spaces for those motorists that the are designed for.

There should be a parking badge created for mortorists that are parents to be able to park in the parent & child spaces, working in the same way as the disabled badges. If a motorist wants one they should provide proof they have children (under 12 ) and they drive a car. The badge must have the license plate on so it can't be fraudaulantly used by anyone else. The government should create such a badge which must be renewed every time you get a new car.
