What the petition asks
Richard was protecting his home against two burglars, one armed with a screw driver. He was protecting his home and wife, facing immediate danger and had his life threatend. We, the british public want this man to have all charges dropped.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
