Make it law that it is reported to the police when a cat is knocked down.

What the petition asks
Unlike the current laws regarding dogs, it is NOT required to report the knocking down of a cat. Not only is it unfair, but also cruel. A cat has as much right as a dog, however, they are not given the same kindness and protection of the current laws of our lands.
