What the petition asks
There is a number of pages on social media that complain about the way disabled people are being punished cause of fraudsters. I have heard numerous people saying how the face to face assessment reports are packs of lies why cant they be recorded so no lies can be told or said on either side
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We understand that you're concerned about the process for disabled people who need to claim PIP and ESA, but we're not sure exactly what changes you'd like to see.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could ask for all face-to-face assessments to be recorded, if that's what you would like to happen.
