Reduce the age of bowel cancer screening in England to 50.

What the petition asks
My wife died aged 56 of secondary cancer after being diagnosed with bowel cancer. One of the consultants informed us the tumour had probably been present for 6 to 8 years. Had she been screened at 50 I believe she would still be alive and the NHS saved tens of thousands of pounds.
