Don't Attack Syria - Emergency Parliamentary Debate on Syria Now.

Rejected 14 signatures

What the petition asks

Russia and the US are on the verge war in Syria. The PM appears to be doing little to urge restraint on her ally, President Trump. Parliament must therefore hold the PM to account and urge her to seek a diplomatic solution under UN auspices. War is not the answer.
Neither Syria nor Russia has attacked the UK or the US. The UK, as a key ally of the US, should urge restraint and promote an international diplomatic solution. A war is not in the interests of either the Syrian or the British people. Parliament must act.
