What the petition asks
It has become increasingly clear that the Lords are no longer reviewing matters before them dispassionately but are investing that review with their personal prejudices.
An example of this is Lord Judge's comment in the debate on leaving the EU that following the public vote to leave he has stated that he is a Peer and does not have to bow to the people. This goes against all notion of democracy as we know it and shows that the Lords is no longer visit for purpose.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
