Allow RSPCA to seize animals that they believe to be in danger

What the petition asks

The police have to be there for the RSPCA to seize an animal, because of this it is a lot of time wasted for the Police force.

RSPCA are educated on these situations and should be allowed to go ahead and take any animal they believe to be in danger without the authorities.
Not being able to take an animal that is in danger can cause harm to the animal and sometimes this becomes fatal and there will be a court case, which also is a lot of wasted money when it could have been avoided.
