What the petition asks

Balloons weighted and indoors are safer. Balloons released are not. They pose a serious hazard to wildlife & sealife.
Sky lanterns are for intentional release. They pose a fire hazard and are a serious risk to wildlife & sealife. The sensible option would be to ban the manufacture & sales outright.
