Allow those with brain injury to get Personal Independence Payment

Those with brain injury constantly suffer pain. This is a silent pain as we look normal. Yet we are denied the help we need to pay others who must do different tasks for us. Due to my brain being infected (Encephalitis) and others like me we suffer terrible neural pain daily, weekly, yearly.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

Laws and policies don't usually list specific conditions. In most cases, it’s the impact on the person’s life that qualifies them for protection under the law or makes them eligible for support.
