What the petition asks
In 2013, my son died due to medical negligence. It has taken 4.5 long painful years to get answers and some kind of justice. The Government must review how medical complaints are handled and investigated to ensure that loved ones don’t have long and painful fights for the truth.
Having a baby die is traumatic enough without having to put your grief on hold to fight for answers. We just need to know the truth. Clear procedures must be in place to ensure that we get the truth as quickly as possible. I really hope you can help me and other families who face the death of a child due to medical negligence.
