Allow a medical exemption in the ban of plastic straws.

What the petition asks
Many disabled people rely on the use of plastic straws to remain hydrated. Alternatives are not as safe, usable or as flexible. The ban as it is proposed would affect a huge number of disabled people and we urge the government to consider their needs before rolling out a complete ban.
