Create a register of people banned from keeping animals in the UK

What the petition asks
Bans on keeping animals are currently unenforcible as no national register exists. This petition argues that a national register should be created listing all individuals who have been convicted of animal cruelty and banned from keeping animals.
I would like to see a government website created that breeders and pet shops can use to search a database of people banned from keeping animals this is the only way we can stop these convicted people from purchasing and possibly neglecting another animal!
