What the petition asks
I want anyone with depression in their medical history, to have a home visit from a professional, regularly. Access to support groups in every town. To deliver anti-depressants to their home. To signpost them to charitable organizations available.
For those affected to have access to a free gym membership, healthy food delivered to their door and an annual trip to a concert/show/item of interest. A postal scheme whereby every month leaflets about mental health and how to get help are posted through every door in the United Kingdom and for these to be displayed in every room in every NHS service available to both the public and professionals.
It is said that 1 in 4 people currently suffer from depression in the United Kingdom alone, 6188 have taken their own lives in 2017. It is time to make a change.
