Pass a law requiring NHS Trusts to release patient records within 21 days

What the petition asks
Currently, there are significant variations between NHS trusts as to how long they will take to release patient records when requested. We, the undersigned, call on the government to standardise this in law to 21 days, as for many people accessing their medical records is potentially time critical
