Stop DWP taking back tax credit overpayments at a high rate. Causing hardship.

Many people are finding themselves in financial hardship by DWP’s way of reclaiming Tax Credit over payments. Many having their tax credits slashed in half or even losing their award completely until it’s paid back. DWP should spread these repayments over the year instead of taking high amounts.
