Northern Rail isn’t operating a service which is fit for public use. They have failed its customers; trains are outdated, delay repay takes months to
Get back, ticket offices are not staffed and trains are late & cancelled effecting peoples lives! Meanwhile prices continue rising
Parliament should debate the government response to rail investment and the level of focus from department of transport in the North Of England at present compared to tj south and following such debate vote on stripping northern rail of its franchise. The debate should focus On current routes and standard of rolling stock not HS2 which is often used as examples of investment in the north.
