FORCE THE HOME SECRETARY TO JUSTIFY ARREST AND SECRET TRIAL OF TOMMY ROBINSON

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Tommy Robinson arrest and imprsonment was a violation of justice. His lawyer was lied to by police, and he was fast-tracked through a secret court, then sentenced excessively for a very minor alleged offence.
This cannot be justified as real justice, and nor is it perceived as honest.
Secret courts are an abomination, and allows the authorities to get away with gross miscarraiges of justice - They should be abolished.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because it's about something that the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for.

This is the responsibility of the courts, which are independent of the Government and Parliament.
