To be softer on hair colour and makeup etc rules in schools

What the petition asks

I believe as a student in a secondary school that for example having lets say blue coloured hair doesn't affect your education at all or having looped earrings etc.
i think that schools are being way too strict on piercing rules and hair colour etc..
