Make carbohydrate values a legal requirement in all food establishments

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I want to make carbohydrates a legal requirement in every food establishment as my partner has type 1 diabeties. This means he has to inject insulin according to the carbs he has eaten. At home we weigh everything out so he has the correct dose of insulin, if the wrong dosh is given it can be fatal!
We love going out to eat but are quite limited to the places we can visit due to not having this information.
I no this would help my partner and the 4 million other people suffering with type 1 life a little easier when wanting to dine out with family and friends.
Most if not all have information for allergies and vegan but why not carbs?
