What the petition asks
The current state of food in both general and mental health hospitals is very poor.
The fresh frozen produce being served across many NHS hospitals is costly, unappealing and wasteful.
I believe that this needs to be addressed as it is impacting on people's physical and mental recovery.

I have seen first hand the quality of food which is served to patients and the amount of waste it creates.
When good quality food is fresh and appealing it has a massive impact on a patient’s recovery time which helps to reduce the time spent in hospital.
