What the petition asks
Deport all non British Citizens who commit a serious offence according to British Laws incurring a sentence of 6 months imprisonment or more, on completion of sentence.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Foreign national offenders are already deported under the UK Borders Act 2007. So we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
