What the petition asks
Following the introduction of the ULEZ coming into action in April 2019, millions of Londoners are being deprived of their valued possessions by the decision of the local authorities.
Any implementation of new / change of regulation, imposed by any authority in the UK triggering the immediate devaluation of personal possessions of its constituents (e.g. the immediate depreciation of personal and commercial vehicles following the introduction of ULEZ) should be bound by law to a compulsory compensatory pay equal to the true and actual loss suffered to every individual or entity affected and deprived of the financial value of its possessions in the public interest.
